June 6^th 2024 marks a very important date in history, the 80^th Anniversary of D-Day.  The 80 Beacons celebrations will be one of the largest events in the UK this summer. You can visit www.d-day80beacons.co.uk for more information.

We know pupils benefit from a hot meal at lunchtime and, as an industry, we know they impact so positively on so many lives – this is something to be celebrated.  So, we have added this into our promotional calendar for 2024.  There will be events being held all over the country: The lighting of beacons/Town Crier Proclamations/Parades/Fish and Chip days in restaurants and much more.

To support this event, we will simply swap the menu on Friday 7^th with Thursday 6^th so that we can also have Fish and Chip Day but with the additional children’s favourite: Chocolate Brownie.
