The Meads Primary School is looking for a passionate Forest School Leader, who has a strong understanding of the benefits of outdoor education, a great attitude and a love of nature.

 

Candidates must have a minimum Grade C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.

This post is part-time for 7 hours for one day a week. The salary is £3,627 pro rata. (Full time equivalent £23,080).

1:1 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Salary scale:                         £12,910 Approx  (Term time only)

 

The Meads Primary School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support a child on a 1:1 basis. The post will be permanent, for 27.5 hours per week (9.00am to 3.00pm) starting as soon as possible, term time only, to include lunch duty with the child (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break).

We are absolutely committed to providing the very best education for our children and we are seeking to appoint a strong candidate to the role who has the right skill set, values and attributes.

We would like to appoint somebody who will:

• Offer 1:1 support for an individual child
• Offer support at lunchtimes

The successful candidate will:

  • be committed providing high levels of support to pupils, on a 1:1 & group basis
  • be enthusiastic, highly motivated and enjoy working with children
  • be forward thinking, creative and able to make learning fun
  • be able to work effectively with members of the school community, including parents
  • have experience of working with children with additional needs.

You will be provided with excellent support from the Head Teacher, Assistant Head Teachers, Inclusion Manager and the staff team.

MIDDAY MEAL SUPERVISORS

The Governors and Headteacher wish to appoint a Midday Meal Supervisor to take up post asap. The post is part time (10 hours per week over 5 days).

 

We are seeking a flexible and hardworking person with high expectations to join our team.  This person would be expected to have understanding and to learn quickly about the needs of children and how to relate and engage with them.  The successful candidate will be highly motivated and energetic.
