Welcome to Rabbits class!

Everyone has had a great start to the new academic year.

As well as getting to know each other through a number of different activities, the children have been busy starting their learning journeys.

They have enjoyed our first text ‘The Snail and the Whale’ by Julia Donaldson and have produced some lovely artwork as well as writing some wonderful postcards imagining they are the snail writing back to its family about the adventures it had with the whale.  Here are some examples of the children’s work:

We have had fun learning songs for harvest festival next week and we are looking forward to visiting St Swithun’s Church.  Our favourite has been the Harvest Samba.  It has been very hard not to start dancing!
